Pickup from our store in Daugavpils (free of charge)
You can pick up your order at our store in Daugavpils, Lāčplēša Street 10.
• Working hours:
• Weekdays: from 12:00 to 18:00
• Saturdays: from 12:00 to 15:00

Courier delivery
• Delivery is available on business days from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Please provide an address where you will be available to receive the order during working hours.
• The delivery address should be as detailed as possible. If necessary, include additional information (e.g., door code) so that the courier can complete the delivery on time.
• If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the delivery time may be extended.
• Please make sure to provide a correct phone number.
• Upon delivery, the courier may request an identity document (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) to verify the recipient’s identity and record the last 5 digits of the document number.
Delivery to parcel lockers
• You can choose delivery to the nearest parcel locker.
• Delivery takes 1–3 business days.
• Once your order arrives, you will receive an SMS or email with a pickup code.
• You can pick up your order at any convenient time while it is stored in the locker.
International delivery
• Delivery is available to other countries.
• The cost and delivery time depend on the destination region.
• Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount.
RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order by mail to the address below. The goods must be unused and undamaged, and a printed order confirmation must accompany the shipment. Return costs are borne by the customer.
Cosmolab.shop will refund the money received to the payer's account within 3 working days from the day the returned goods will be received, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.
If you want to return a product whose purchase provided you with a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or the purchase of a certain product), you must also return the gift you received. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the returned amount.
