 Open the top of the teapot and remove the sieve insert.

 Teami Tumbler Measure the desired amount of Teami Blends loose leaf tea (we recommend 1 teaspoon of leaf per cup of tea). If necessary, add honey, nectar or lemon as a natural sweetener.
 Pour hot water into the tank until it reaches about 3 cm below the edge. Allow the contents to cool for 1-3 minutes before applying the sieve insert and screw the lid on the container. You can leave the tea leaves in it or linger for as long as you want.
 Add lemon, mint or cinnamon sticks to improve your metabolism (if you like) and enjoy.
